Honestly, I can’t recommend Pro-Tech Automotive enough! Steph and Chris are absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful, and always go the extra mile. They make you feel welcome and take the stress out of everything.
It’s so nice to find a garage where you feel looked after and can trust the people you’re dealing with. Steph and Chris are a real credit to the team, and their service is always amazing.
Thank you both for being so lovely! Would definitely recommend Pro-Tech Automotive to anyone looking for a reliable garage with a great team!

First ever visit to Pro-Tech Automotive and I have nothing but good words and praise for them. I'll definitely be using them again going forwards for any diagnostic or even routine service work. They managed to remove and replace a glow-plug that I'd managed to snap off flush with the cylinder head. I thought that the pricing was fair and the level of communication and expectation management was also very good.

Top service & Mot - I booked my Mercedes CLA35 at this garage for the very first time, after reading their highly recommended on-line reviews.
My car was picked up and delivered back later on the day.
I would like to put this on record - this was by far the best service interaction from start to finish with a family owned Independent business. Everything was highlighted and carried out as discussed, even the car came back spotless!
Thank you so much to Barry and his brilliant team. I will definitely be using them again & thoroughly recommend you give them a try! 😊 👏🏽👏🏽

Great service once again from Pro‑Tech Automotive Ltd.
They carried out an oil service on my car on Friday 31st July and the whole process was smooth and well organised.

Steph rang me the day before to confirm everything was still OK for the collection time, which I appreciated. They explained that the drop‑off time might vary depending on other work, but they’d do their best — and in the end the car was returned earlier than expected, which was a bonus.

Phil collected and dropped off the car was friendly and professional, just as I’d experienced with them in 2025. The paperwork was all sorted, and they even washed and vacuumed the car, which was a great touch.

Overall, a reliable, friendly and efficient service. I’ll definitely be using Pro‑Tech Automotive Ltd again.
Thank you to the team.

Lovely friendly greeting.
Kept informed about progress throughout as I was waiting in the reception during the MOT.
Offered refreshments and felt like a valued customer throughout.
